If you have version 16.35 (year 2004) and you have problem communicating with COMPUCENTER, you must do as follows:
As shown above at lower left corner, double-click the Icon of Rising Anti Virus.
As shown above at middle right side, double-click setting （设置） Icon.
As shown below at upper rignt corner, double-click the Icon of Anti-Virus-security （安全级别）and select "User Define"(自定义级别).
As shown below at upper left corner, double-click the Icon of Anti-Virus-setting（杀 毒设置）.
There are 5 checked categories in file type. (文件类型选项）
As shown below, you must uncheck them to reduce to only 2 checked categories in file type. (文件类型选项）
As shown above click OK (确定）
